Personal Errands Starting at $30/hr
Tasks like grocery shopping, prescription pickups, post office runs, and other everyday support tailored to each client’s needs.
Senior Assistance Starting at $30/hr
Includes errands like scheduling appointments, heavy lifting, grocery shopping, post office or bank runs —all handled with extra care and patience.
Business Support Starting at $35/hr
Efficient service for busy professionals: document drop-offs, supply runs, courier services, and behind-the-scenes organization.
Property Support Starting at $40/hr
Ideal for homeowners & rental managers: vendor coordination, service appointments, light inspections, trash bin handling (curbside placement & return).
Additional time after the 1st hour billed in 30-minute increments.
We also offer flat-rate pricing for select tasks and monthly packages for clients seeking ongoing support. These options are designed to provide flexibility, consistency, and value—depending on the nature and frequency of your requests.

Policy
All prices include travel time within Flagstaff city limits. For services outside of this area, mileage fees may apply. Mileage (beyond 25 miles) will be billed the current standard rate of $0.70 per mile.
Scheduling & Availability
Monday - Friday, 7am–8pm, weekends are available upon request.
Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
We accept credit/debit, Venmo, and cash.
A cancellation fee of 50% applies for appointments canceled with less than 12 hours' notice.
