What is the minimum time I can hire your services?
Our minimum service charge is 1 hour per booking.

Which areas do you serve?
We cover a large portion of Northern Arizona , including Flagtaff, Sedona, Munds Park, Kachina Village, Mountainaire, Williams, Parks, Bellemont and surrounding communities. For errands outside of Flagstaff’s city limits, additional mileage fees apply.

What are your hours of operation?
We are available Mon-Fri 7:00am - 8:00pm, Weekends available upon request.

How do I pay for items purchased on my behalf?
Pre-payment for purchases is required on the day of service. If additional expenses arise, reimbursement is due within 1 day of purchase.

Do I need to provide a house key for in-home errands?
We coordinate access arrangements in advance to ensure smooth delivery or pick-up when entering your home.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle and credit cards for your convenience.
